Revuelto de espinacas/ Scrambled eggs with spinach leaves

Nada mejor para acompañar la cremita del post anterior que un segundo plato también ligero, en este caso un revuelto buenísimo de espinacas.

Ingredientes:

  1. 3 cebollinos (no tiramos las hojas, las reservaremos para otra elaboración)
  2. espinacas
  3. 4 huevos
  4. sal y pimienta

Elaboración:

  1. Súper simple. Picaremos los cebollinos bien finitos y los pondremos a sofreír
  2. A continuación, añadiremos las espinacas bien lavadas, pondremos la sal y la pimienta, y removemos
  3. Entretanto, vamos a batir los huevos y una vez las espinacas estén listas, los añadimos a la sartén. Un par de vueltas, ¡y listo para comer!

¡Una receta buenísima, sana y sencillísima de hacer en casa para cuando no tenemos tiempo/ ganas de cocinar!


To me, there’s nothing better to accompany the soup that we´ve prepared in the previous post than another healthy and light meal, like some scrambled eggs with spinach leaves.

Ingredients:

  1. 3 spring onions (don´t throw away the leaves, we will use them for another recipe)
  2. spinach leaves
  3. 4 eggs
  4. salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Super easy. We will chop the spring onions and will put them in a pan with a dash of olive oil
  2. Then we can add the spinach leaves (well cleaned), a pinch of salt and some pepper, and will stir them
  3. Meanwhile, we can start beating the eggs. When the spinach leaves are almost cooked, we can add the eggs into the pan and stir well. A couple of minutes, and ready to eat!

This is a delicious recipe, very healthy and super simple to prepare at home when we don’t have time/ don’t feel like cooking!
