I love berries, I cannot help it. Every time we shop, I feel I need to buy some for the week. I not only love them, but they also make my body feel so good. Now, I’m used to eat them every night for dinner: some yogurt, maybe some granola or some honey, and berries. This kind of dinner makes me feel light and, at the same time, it helps me recover from the day – normally quite busy with my baby, the business (check it out! www.eventsmt.co.uk), doing errands and doing exercise.
I started feeling better when I started having this type of dinner instead of a cooked dinner. It might seem silly, but I think that a great part of it was because of the berries: their lightness, their flavours and benefits were helping my body. As you can see, berries are some of the healthiest foods that you can have. One thing I find so important is to make sure that the berries I buy are organic and that they’re bought in a place where they are conscious about the farmers and the land. Being sustainable, helping our farmers, the local suppliers and being mindful with our planet and the resources that it has is extremely important for our future.
